Multiple routes will be on detour Saturday, May 18, during the Hazel Dell Parade of Bands. Service impacts will begin at approximately 7:00 a.m., and the following routes will be affected:
- Route 31: From approximately 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Route 31 will not serve Hazel Dell Avenue between Main Street and 99th Street. Buses will still serve the 99th Street Transit Center using Interstate 5.
- Route 71: From approximately 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Route 71 will not serve Highway 99 between Ross Street and 99th Street. Buses will still serve the 99th Street Transit Center using Interstate 5.
- Route 78: From approximately 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Route 78 will not serve Northeast 78th Street between Northeast 25th Avenue and Highway 99, nor will it serve Highway 99 between 78th Street and 99th Street. Buses will still serve 99th Street Transit Center using a detour route along 25th Avenue.
During the detours, shuttle buses will operate on Highway 99 between 88th Street and 99th Street to help passengers connect with the affected routes. (Detour/shuttle map)
