C-TRAN is seeking a contractor to remodel the C-TRAN Board Room, located within C-TRAN's Adminisration Building at 10600 NE 51st Circle, Vancouver, Washington 98682. The work includes demolition, preparation and resurfacing of walls, relocation of existing entry doors, caseowrk construction and finishing woodwork, ceiling removal and installation, HVAC modifications, updates for Fire & Life Safety compliance, and high and low voltage electrical. Contractor shall coordinate with C-TRAN, Clark/Vancouver Television (CVTV), and C-TRAN's audio/visual contractor (Keycode Media). If necessary, data cabling will be completed by C-TRAN or an independent third party.
