C-TRAN offers Hop card sales at our Administration Office, located at 10600 NE 51st Circle (note: this location cannot take cash payments and only accepts Visa or Mastercard), our Mill Plain Transit Center, located at 601 SE 184th Avenue, and our Vancouver Mall Transit Center, located at 8700 NE Vancouver Mall Loop (southside of the Vancouver Mall).
C-TRAN also offers these special passes and programs:
- Youth Opportunity Program provides free access on all Local services to anyone 18 years of age and under. Services include fixed-route, C-VAN paratransit (restrictions apply), The Current microtransit, and Vanpool.
- Education Opportunity Pass is a free transit pass available to currently enrolled Clark College and WSU Vancouver students. Please contact your specific school for more information, including where to buy.
- Heroes Pass provides free service on Local C-TRAN fixed-routes and The Current microtransit for Veterans and active military personnel. More information can be found here.
- Load by Mail is only available to C-VAN passengers and provides an easy option to load value on to your existing Hop card. Download the form here or call C-TRAN Customer Experience at 360-695-0123.
- Employer and Agency programs are available to employers interested in offering a transit benefit to their employees who commute to work, and to social service agencies who provide transit benefits to their clients.
