The Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area dba C‐TRAN is interested in learning more about feasibility studies and conceptual master plans for a Transit Oriented Development TOD at the FLTC located near SE 164th Avenue and SR‐14 in east Vancouver. This will be C‐TRAN’s first TOD and prior to issuing a Request for Proposal RFP to hire a consultant, C‐TRAN would like to gather as much information about the process as possible.
