The Vendor shall supply two (2) new Tire Storage units designed for high density storage and retrieval of tires.
Each Tire Storage unit must:
- Motorized vehicle carousel storage;
- Accommodate tires up to a maximum of 44” in diameter;
- Store tires with or without rims;
- Be Semi or Fully automated system capable;
- Accommodate storage of a minimum of 80 – 100, 44” diameter tires, with or without rims;
- Incorporate operator user friendly controls for ease of operation;
- Deliver tires on a carousel type rotating rack directly to the operator at an ergonomic friendly height;
- Incorporate operator user friendly tire loading ramp accessory for ease of loading and unloading tires;
- Have storage unit dimensions to fit in a shop floor location/footprint of approximately 21’ High x 16’ Wide x 11’ Deep; and
- Incorporate full rack enclosure options on carousel for safety.
