The Project will include the following:
- Sweep entire surface and remove vegetation to maximize sealcoat application.
- Provide and place cold tar asphalt sealer asphalt emulsion seal coating (approximately 225,000 SF).
- Provide and fill all cracks over 1/4 inches wide.
- Layout and restripe all existing parking stalls including, ADA parking spots
w/symbols, walkways, cross hatched areas, directional arrows, and stop bars. Striping paint color shall be white or yellow, as required to duplicate original design. - Repaint all fire lane curbs.

o Blue:-Sherfight TTP-1952E - Protection of pavement: After application and paint, do not permit vehicular traffic on any portion of the finished pavement sufficiently and at least 24 hours has passed.
