Work under this Contract will include, but not be limited to:
- Power Wash all surfaces to be painted.
- Mechanically remove any loose material.
- Remove all old caulking. Caulk all seams and potential points of water intrusion (Do not caulk areas that were not previously sealed or not designed for it). (As they will hold water and cause peeling.)
- Paint the identified areas.

o Two (2) Canopies
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will start at the C-TRAN Administrative Offices located at 2425 NE 65th Street, Vancouver, Washington, 98661. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
