Work under this Contract will include, but not be limited to:
- Power wash all surfaces to be painted.
- Mechanically remove any loose material.
- Remove all old caulking. Caulk all seams and potential points of water intrusion (Do not caulk areas that were not previously sealed or not designed for it, as they will hold water and cause peeling.)
- Paint the identified areas.
