City of Battle Ground

Battle Ground City Councilor Philip Johnson was elected to his third term on the city council in 2019. He joined the C-TRAN Board of Directors in 2022 after previously serving as an alternate. Johnson is also a former mayor of Battle Ground, and currently serves numerous other community organizations, including the Columbia River Economic Development Council.
