SUMMARY: C-TRAN is continuing temporary service reductions to Express routes serving downtown Portland. Theses changes were made to accommodate shifts in ridership levels due to the number of commuters working from home. In addition, weekday frequency on The Vine has been slightly reduced, while weekend service on Route 80 has been expanded to serve NE 51st Circle west of 112th Avenue.
