May Service Change

Affects Routes 7, 19, and 92

Effective May, 2014, C-TRAN plans to implement the following changes:

  • Route 7 Battle Ground will begin serving the new Walmart located along Scotten Way in Battle Ground. Service will move from Eaton Boulevard to Scotten Way. The two stops currently located along Eaton Boulevard will move to Scotten Way.

  • Route 19 Salmon Creek will decrease frequency to every 45 minutes to improve schedule reliability. This change is required to reflect the current travel times along Highway 99 and to ensure better connections between routes.
  • Route 92 Camas-Washougal will streamline routing and improve its stops around the Burgerville location in Camas to improve efficiency. The change reduces turns and improves safety in the area.

Todd Shade: C-TRAN’s 2013 Employee of the Year!

Coach Operator, Todd Shade, has been chosen as C-TRAN’s Employee of the Year for 2013. The Employee of the Year program is designed to recognize an employee who best demonstrates one more of the following C-TRAN values: Service, Safety, Resources, Quality, and Excellence.

Todd was hired in March of 2004 and will receive his 10 Years of Safe Driving award for his perfect safety record, which includes zero accidents, zero violations of policy/procedure, and zero late days for perfect attendance and punctuality. In addition, Todd has received numerous commendations from members of the public; surpassing his peers by 300 percent!

In addition to these extraordinary accomplishments, Coach Operator Shade is consistently pleasant and positive and demonstrates the highest level of courtesy and professionalism in his interactions with customers, employees and the public. In recognition of Todd’s personal commitment, his dedication to safety and all around excellence in the performance of his duties, Coach Operator Todd Shade was selected as C-TRAN’s 2013 Employee of the Year.

Pass-By-Mail

C-TRAN offers a convenient way for riders to purchase their passes. It’s called Pass by Mail and it’s easy to do.

Simply download the order form directly from C-TRAN’s Web site, or pick-up a form from one of our Passenger Service offices. Fill it out and return it before the 15th of the month. Choose to pay with debit or credit card, or check. C-TRAN will then mail you the monthly pass to an address you specify. When you receive your pass in the mail, C-TRAN will also include another order form and return envelope for your ordering convenience.
