Chief Maintenance and Safety Officer
Celia Sherbeck joined C-TRAN in 2013 with extensive experience in maintenance and project control. She leads the team responsible for all aspects of maintenance for the agency’s approximately 200 vehicles, property and facilities, equipment, inventory and other areas within. Ms. Sherbeck also oversees the Project Management Office, which is responsible for C-TRAN’s most significant and cross-functional programs. Some of the significant projects managed through the PMO Office included the Fisher’s Landing Parking Expansion Project and the Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan.
Prior to joining C-TRAN, Ms. Sherbeck spent more than 20 years in the aviation industry in various roles including business development, acquisitions, engineering and maintenance. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
