Passengers have until March 31 to use any Day passes or punch cards they still have.
C-TRAN will not accept unused Day passes or punch cards after the March 31 deadline and does not issue refunds or exchanges for unused fares.
This deadline does not affect passengers who use C-VAN paper passes and punch cards or those using TriMet paper fares. Those instruments are accepted until further notice.
C-TRAN stopped selling paper fares in January 2018 as part of its transition to the Hop Fastpass system. After the March 31 deadline, passengers can pay their fares using a Hop card or cash. For assistance or help answering questions, please call C-TRAN Customer Service at (360) 695-0123.
