Starting Monday, July 9, the C-TRAN Customer Service Office at Vancouver Mall Transit Center will move into the fixed building at the west end of the platform. A walk-up window will be available for the same hours and services as before, including pass sales and Hop Fastpass cards. The new office location will replace the nearby temporary structure that has been located in Bay H at the transit center since January.

The Customer Service Office at Vancouver Mall is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. For questions or trip planning assistance, please call C-TRAN at 360-695-0123.
