In honor of those who serve, C-TRAN is offering fare-free service for everyone across our entire system on Veterans Day, Saturday, November 11.
At C-TRAN, we appreciate the men and women who serve or have served in the United States armed forces. There are veterans on our team who help keep this operation running every day.
More than a decade ago, we painted Coach 1776 as one small way to salute our local veterans. The star-spangled bus proudly serves local routes and participates in special events, including on Veterans Day. On the back of the vehicle are these words: Dedicated to our community by the employees of C-TRAN.
Join us at this year’s Veterans Day Parade at Fort Vancouver, where C-TRAN’s “Freedom Bus” is part of this year’s parade line-up! More information about the parade can be found at TheHistoricTrust.org.
Note: On Friday, November 10, the C-TRAN Administrative Office is closed but all Customer Service offices and Call Center are open regular hours. Buses will follow regular weekday schedules.
