Due to required system maintenance, C-TRAN Customer Service Offices will not be able to process sales of monthly passes and other products from approximately 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, October 19. In addition, electronic passenger information displays at Vine stations will not be operational during the same time period.

Customer service offices will remain open during their regular hours, and customer service representatives will be present to answer questions and help with other needs. The C-TRAN Call Center will also remain available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. as usual. Riders are welcome to call 360-695-0123 for any questions or trip planning assistance.
