C-TRAN Limited Service to Light Rail
C-TRAN offers convenient Limited service to downtown Vancouver, and Delta Park/Vanport and Parkrose/Sumner MAX light rail stations. From these locations, riders can transfer to other C-TRAN routes, MAX, or TriMet bus routes for continued travel to destinations including Rose Quarter, Lloyd District, Swan Island, and downtown Portland. Service is provided weekdays only, except on the 65 Parkrose Limited, which provides service on Saturdays too.
To Downtown Vancouver and Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station
41 Camas/Washougal Limited: Passengers can board at a limited number of stops between Washougal and downtown Vancouver, before arriving at Delta Park. Service is provided AM and PM peak only.
44 Fourth Plain Limited: Passengers can board at a limited number of stops along Fourth Plain Blvd, betwen Ward Road and downtown Vancouver, before arriving at Delta Park. Service is provided AM and PM peak only. Please note: many stops are shared with C-TRAN route 4 Fourth Plain, which also provides service to downtown Vancouver, Jantzen Beach, and Delta Park, approximately every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.
47 Battle Ground Limited: Passengers can board in Yacolt, the Battle Ground Park & Ride, Main Street in downtown Battle Ground, and downtown Vancouver, before arriving at Delta Park. Service is provided AM and PM peak only.
To Parkrose/Sumner MAX Light Rail Station
65 Parkrose Limited: Passengers board at the Fisher's Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14) before arriving at the Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center. Service is provided ALL DAY on weekdays and Saturdays.
Limited Fares
C-Zone fares are required to ride Limited buses. Passengers can choose to pay cash or purchase a Day, Monthly, or Annual pass. All-Zone fares are required when transferring to TriMet, otherwise a separate TriMet fare must be purchased at the time of transfer.
C-TRAN Express Service to Portland
C-TRAN offers Clark County residents convenient Express service to Rose Quarter, Lloyd District, the downtown Portland Transit Mall, and Marquam Hill. Express service is available from all major park and ride and transit center locations, weekdays only, except the 105 I-5 Express which provides ALL DAY service.
To the Rose Quarter Transit Center and Downtown Portland

From East Clark County
Passengers board at the Fishers Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14) . Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only.
Passengers board at the Evergreen Park & Ride (NE 138th Avenue and NE 18th Street). Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only.
From West Clark County
105 I-5 Express: Passengers can choose to board at the Salmon Creek Park & Ride (Hwy 99 and NE 134th Street), the 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (Hazel Dell), or downtown Vancouver. Service is provided directly to the Rose Quarter Transit Center and the downtown Portland Transit Mall, ALL DAY. Please note: travel between the Salmon Creek Park & Ride, the 99th Street Transit Center, and downtown Vancouver only requires a local C-Zone fare. If you plan to trasnfer to TriMet, an All-Zone fare is required.
Passengers board at the Salmon Creek Park & Ride (Hwy 99 & NE 134th Street). Service is provided directly to the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only.
Passengers board at the 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (Hazel Dell). With express service from the 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (99th Sreet and 7th Avenue) directly to the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only.
To Lloyd District and the Rose Quarter Transit Center
(connections available to Swan Island)
Passengers board at the 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (I-5 and 99th Street). Service is provided directly to the Rose Quarter Transit Center and Lloyd District. Buses run during AM and PM peak only.
To Marquam Hill
Passengers can choose to board at either the Kmart or BPA park and rides. Service is provided directly to Marquam Hill, with stops at the VA Hospital, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, OHSU, and Shriners Hospital. Buses run AM and PM peak only. Please note: travel between the Kmart and BPA park and rides only requires a local C-Zone fare.

- TriMet bus routes: 4-Fessenden, 8-NE 15th Avenue, 9-Broadway, 10-NE 33rd Avenue, 33-Fremont, 35-Greeley, 44-Mocks Crest, 70-12th Avenue, 74-Lloyd District/Southeast, 77-Broadway/Halsey, and 85-Swan Island.

Express Fares
Special fares are required to ride Express service: $3 one-way, $6 GoAnywhere Day pass, or $105 Monthly pass. A special Annual Express Pass Program is available for participating employers. Please call our Passenger Service Office for more information, (360) 695-0123.
Note: Only a local C-Zone fare is reqired for travel within Clark County. Travel to downtown Portland, Lloyd District, Rose Quarter, and Marquam Hill require an Express fare.
Incentives
- The Southbound Solutions Campaign is provided through Clark County's Commute Trip Reduction Program. The campaign offers Southwest Washington residents, who commute to Oregon, incentives and information to reduce the number of drive-alone trips to the worksite.
- There are several companies that offer services to employers who wish to set-up payment for transit passes using pre-tax dollars. Pre-tax savings are available through these known service providers: WageWorks, Wired Commute, and Tranben, Ltd.
