Passenger Service Office Hours to Change
In our continuing effort to better match services with passenger needs, C-TRAN will implement the following changes effective Sunday, January 15, 2012:
Call Center
- 7:00 AM–6:00 PM: Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM: Saturday & Sunday/Holidays
Fisher’s Landing Passenger Service Office
- 10:00 AM–6:00 PM: Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM–7:00 PM: First/Last business day of each month
Closed weekends/holidays
Vancouver Mall Passenger Service Office and Lost & Found
- 10:00 AM–6:00 PM: Monday–Friday
- Closed weekends/holidays
C-TRAN Citizens Advisory Committee
Meets Thursday, January 26, 2012
The C-TRAN Citizen Advisory Committee (CCAC) will hold their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, January 26 at 5:30 pm The meeting will be held at C-TRAN headquarters located at 2425 NE 65th Avenue in Vancouver. The public is invited to attend. A portion of each meeting is set aside for public comment.

Extended Sales Hours at Fisher’s Landing
First & Last Business Day of Each Month
The Passenger Service Office at Fisher’s Landing Transit Center provides extended sales hours, from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, on each of the following dates in 2012:
- January 31 & February 1
- February 29 & March 1
- March 30 & April 2
- April 30 & May 1
- May 31 & June 1
- June 29 & July 2
- July 31 & August 1
- August 31 & September 4
- (Closed September 3, 2012)
- September 28 & October 1
- October 31 & November 1
- November 30 &
- December 3
- December 31 &
- January 2, 2013
Reduced Service Day
ComPass is C-TRAN’s new annual C-Zone transit sticker that provides Clark County commuters an easy way to commute and reduce their carbon footprint. Available only through participating employers, ComPASS provides 12 months of unlimited C-Zone bus travel for the price of eleven. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, C-TRAN will provide reduced service levels on Monday, January 16, 2012. This means that many routes will not provide the same level of weekday service that they normally do. Not all routes are affected by reduced service, so please check C-TRAN’s Web site for details or pick-up a copy of C-TRAN’s Holiday/Reduced Service Days brochure onboard your bus. Lost & Found Relocates

In order to provide more efficient customer oriented service, we’re moving our lost and found location back to our Vancouver Mall Passenger Service Office. Hours for Lost & Found are the same as the Passenger Service Office: 10 AM to 6 PM Monday–Friday; closed weekends and holidays
Service Change Sunday, January 15
Effects Routes 4, 32, and 37
To improve on-time performance and safety, some minor route changes are planned in the Uptown area of downtown Vancouver that affects Routes 4, 32, and 37. All three routes will move from Main Street to Broadway for both north and south bound travel. These changes take place on Sunday, January 15 and do not affect schedules; arrivals or departures from any location. Please see map for details.
