Changes to Low-Income Verification
Beginning April 1, 2010, C-TRAN will no longer accept the Quest card or medical coupon as verification of low-income status.
As of April 1, 2010, C-TRAN will only accept a state-issued award letter as verification of low-income status.
Verification of low-income status provides an R/Y/D ID card, which allows for the purchase of R/Y/D monthly passes. Please visit your local Passenger Service Office or contact our Call Center at (360) 695-0123 with questions.
