C-TRAN Onboard Rider Survey
Throughout the month of November, surveyors will ride all C-TRAN buses, during all hours of operation; handing out surveys and counting the number of passengers that get on and off at each stop. These counts provide C-TRAN with important information about ridership levels and patterns, and help C-TRAN identify ways that it can better serve its customers.
