The following advertising is prohibited on C-TRAN:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive;
- Promotes unlawful or illegal goods, services, or activities;
- Implies or declares an endorsement by C-TRAN of any goods, services, or activities;
- Contains any lewd or obscene matter as those terms are defined by RCW 7.48A.010(2) and as such law may be amended, modified, or supplemented;
- Contains an image or description which, if furnished, or sent to a minor would give rise to a violation of RCW 9.68.050 and RCW 9.68.060 and as such laws may be amended, modified, or supplemented;
- Contains an image or description which would give rise to a violation of RCW 9.68.130 or RCW 7.42.010, and as such laws may be amended, modified, or supplemented;
- Is libelous;
- Promotes the sale of tobacco or tobacco related products;
- Promotes the sale of liquor, wine, beer, or distilled spirits;
- Supports or opposes a religion, denomination, creed, tenet, or belief;
- Displays any word, phrase, character or symbol likely to interfere with, mislead or distract traffic, or conflict with any traffic control device; or
- Incorporates any rotating, revolving, or flashing devices or any other moving parts.
