Starting Saturday, November 26, C-TRAN will operate a free holiday shuttle between Jantzen Beach and Delta Park when traffic conditions impact Route 60, causing delays. Route 60 will not serve Jantzen Beach while the shuttle is in operation. Riders can transfer to or from Route 60 at the Delta Park/Vanport MAX station.
The shuttle may be activated any time between November 26 and December 25 as conditions warrant. Expected times include approximately 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays, and approximately 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Traffic congestion often gets worse during the holiday shopping season, particularly in the two weeks before Christmas. While active, the shuttle will serve Delta Park and Jantzen Beach every 15 minutes.
