Photo ID Cards

Are you a Senior, Youth, or Disabled fixed-route passenger?

Here’s an important message:

Throughout the year of 2008, you will be able to replace your current C-TRAN ID card with our new photo ID card. Cards can be updated from the 11th of each month through the 20th of each month, at various C-TRAN locations, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is no charge for this service.

All passengers who use C-TRAN ID cards will be required to have these new cards by December 31, 2008. For more information on where you can obtain your new card, please contact C-TRAN Passenger Service at (360) 695-0123.

ID Card Requirements

An ID card is required for all passengers using RYD or C-VAN monthly passes, cash fares, or Senior/Disabled tickets.

Disabled and Senior passengers may use a C-TRAN ID card or a current Medicare card;
Youth, under the age of 18, may use a current school year ASB ID card, a Washington State ID card, or a C-TRAN ID card;
Low Income may use a C-TRAN ID Card.
