Passenger Service Offices & Transit Centers
C-TRAN has three transit centers, two of which have on-site Passenger Service offices. C-TRAN Passenger Service can be reached by calling (360) 695-0123 or (503) 283-8054 (Portland). Our transit centers are coveniently located at:
- Fisher's Landing Transit Center (3510 SE 164th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98683—Google Map)
- Vancouver Mall Transit Center (8700 NE Van Mall Drive, #250, Vancouver, WA 98662—Google Map)
- 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (9700 NE 7th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98665—Google Map)
The Fisher's Landing and Vancouver Mall transit centers are equipped with a Passenger Service Office that provide the following rider services:

- Reduced Fare Photo Identification Cards
- Rider Response

- Bike & Bus Training
Park & Rides
We have park and ride facilities conveniently located throughout our service area:
- Washougal (on "C" Street)
- Salmon Creek (NE 134th Street and I-5)
- Evergreen (NE 138th Avenue and NE 18th Street)
- BPA (Highway 99 and NE 43rd Street)
- Fisher's Landing (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14)
- Kmart (on Andresen, just north of NE 25th Street)

Fisher's Landing Transit Center and Lost & Found
- 7 a.m.–7 p.m., weekdays
- CLOSED weekends and holidays
C-TRAN is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind on our vehicles; however, lost items are deposited in our Lost and Found, located at the Vancouver Mall Passenger Service Office. Items are held for two weeks prior to their removal.

- 10 a.m.–6 p.m., weekdays
- CLOSED weekends and holidays
7th Street Passenger Service Office
- 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., weekdays (closed between 2–2:30 p.m. for lunch)
