Express Pass

Express yourself and GO! Travel anywhere at anytime service is available with C-TRAN’s Express Pass; available annually or monthly.

Annual Pass Option
Purchase the annual Express Pass through any C-TRAN Passenger Service Office and receive 12 months of premium service for the price of eleven. The pass allows full access to all C-TRAN bus routes including Express buses to downtown Portland & Connector, TriMet buses & MAX, and the Portland Streetcar. The annual cost is $1,155.

Monthly Pass Option
Purchase the monthly Express Pass at any C-TRAN Passenger Service Office or Clark County Fred Meyer location and receive all premium services listed under the annual option. The monthly cost is $105.

Employer Pass Option
Employers can offer the Annual Express Pass to their Clark County employees who commute to Oregon. This annual option is offered only to employers in a convenient sticker form that adheres to the employee’s ID badge. Please click here for more information.
