Now accepting next-day and same-day ride reservations (Effective January 14, 2007)
As part of a demonstration project, The Camas Connector now accepts same-day and next-day ride reservations for your convenience! Reservations can now be made in as little as two hours and up to 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, reservations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.
Please note that this is only a demonstration. If the new reservation requirements are unable to meet the needs of our passengers we will go back to using the previous reservation requirements of at least 24 hours advanced notification.

Service Area
Operating within a defined geographical area (see map), riders call and make reservations to be taken to a location inside the geographical boundary. Passengers can also connect with regular bus routes or C-VAN at the Fisher’s Landing Transit Center or Third Avenue and NE Dallas in Camas, whichever is closest or best for routing efficiency.
Hours of Operation
Dial-a-ride service
operates Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to
7:30 p.m. The Connector does not operate on Reduced
Service days (such as the Friday after Thanksgiving)
or on the following holidays: New Year’s
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Fares
Regular C-TRAN fares apply to The Connector service,
including tickets and monthly passes. No cash fare
discounts are honored.
Ride Reservations
Reservations can be made in as little as two hours
and up to 24 hours in advance. Reservations are not
accepted more than 24 hours in advance. You may need
to leave a message when calling. A staff member will
return your call as soon as possible.

*C-VAN can not accommodate same-day ride requests. Reservations that require a transfer to C-VAN must be made one day in advance. C-VAN reservations are available only for ADA eligible riders
All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are contingent upon time and space availability. In rare instances, a ride may not be accommodated.
Standing Reservations
For regular,
recurring trips such as work trips, passengers may
also reserve permanent or “standing” ride
reservations. Once capacity of the bus or time constraints
have been reached, requests for standing reservations
may not be accommodated.

How to Schedule
To ensure you reach your final destination on time,
when making your reservation, you will need to tell
the Passenger Service Representative the time you
need to arrive at your destination. For example,
if you need to be at work at Hewlett-Packard at 7
a.m. or want to transfer to the 8 a.m. departure
of the #92 at 3rd and Dallas in Camas, after your
ride is confirmed the Representative will give
you a 20-minute pick-up window, which means the
bus will arrive no earlier or later than the specified
time.
Cancellations
If you do not need
a ride you have reserved, please call to cancel as
soon as possible. Cancel a minimum of one hour in
advance of your pick-up time. If you do not cancel
your reservation, C-TRAN’s No-
Show Policy will apply.
Snow Days
If adverse weather conditions
require C-TRAN to follow Snow & Ice Detours, all standing rides and advanced
ride reservations will be automatically cancelled.

your ride. We will provide rides based on our ability
to access locations within the service area.
