The 2011-2012 Budget was developed to support five themes to address the challenges posed by the current economic situation and to address the important issues the agency faces over the next two years. These issues and themes were presented at the August 10, 2010 Board Meeting; the September 14, 2010 Board Meeting, the October 12, 2010 Budget Work Session; and the November 9, 2010 Budget Work Session. At the December 14 meeting, 2010 the 2011-2012 Budget for operating and capital was approved.
